SILICONE EMULSION SM-23

Main Composition: Amino-modified organic silicone emulsion

Technical Index:
Appearance: Slight yellow emulsion
Ionic character: weak cationic
PH(1% aqueous solution): 5. 0-7. 0
Effective content (%): 20. 0-22. 0
Solubility: Easily soluble in water

Properties and Features:
1. Transparent organic silicone micro-emulsion with good penetrating and affinity to fabric.
2. Good water solubility, stability and compatibility, can be used together with nonionic and cationic auxiliaries.
3. Endues fabric with durable character of bulk, soft, elasticity, full, good air permeability and wrinkle recoverability.
4. Minimum silicone oil spot on fabrics, avoid sticking to pad roll and influence to tearing-strength.
5. Can be used in pad or exhaust process conveniently

Application Field:
Suitable for enhancing smoothness and repulsion elasticity for most fabrics, especially suitable for polyester fabric, polyester/cotton blends and polyester/viscose rayon.

Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 120kgs, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.

Attention:
1. Suggest not be diluted with too hard water (higher than 100p. P. M counted in CaCO3) to avoid decreasing treating effect.
2. The residual alkali should be rinsed fully to avoid decreasing treating effect.
